RaptiveX Instant Messaging Component is a full featured instant messaging ActiveX COM object. RaptiveX Instant Messaging Component can be added to any application that supports ActiveX integration. A simple application can be constructed with just three lines of code.RaptiveX Instant Messaging Component lets you add contacts to your list, keep track of contacts on-line and off-line, send instant pop-up messages, send alphanumberic pages using the SNPP protocol, monitor POP3 e-mail accounts for new messages using POP protocol, accept or refuse new adds to the contact list, ignore user defined contacts, pop-up incoming text messages, play any WAV file, launch the user's default browser to any URL, monitor when a contact comes online and alert the user, and more. It also has many appearance properties that the Developer can use for custom visual integration. It also includes various properties, methods and events that you can integrate into a wide variety of applications that require bringing people, presence and IP addresses together. Possible applications include: IP phones, multi-player games, community based programs, chat applications, and sticky Web sites.
