Shell Control Pack ActiveX gives your applications Windows Explorer-like features. The Shell Control Pack ActiveX contains seven controls and seven supporting object types. The main three controls are the Shell Combo Box, the Shell List View and the Shell Tree View. These controls can be connected together to remain synchronised and provide a no-code Windows Explorer user interface. With the tree and list controls you can create your own Windows Explorer and file selection common dialogs. These dialogs have many benefits over the system ones, including: a resizable frame and maximize button\; an optional tree-view with the open and save dialog, the ability to create and delete folder buttons with the folder browse dialog:. and customizable behavior through events and properties. The Shell Control Pack also includes: an enhanced group-box control, a control for read and writing shell links (lNK files), and utility functions to access low-level shell functionality.
