SNACK: Super Numerical Airfoil Creation Kit is a powerful design tool for aircraft model builders, experimental aircraft designers or aerodynamics students. The program offers a choice of airfoils, virtual wind tunnel, boundary layer and compressibility computation options, an Aero Calculator and a O-Grid generator. Airfoil types include NACA 4, 4M, 5, 5M, 6, 7, 8, 16 series, Joukowski, plus ellipticals and your own designs. The Virtual Wind Tunnel lets you evaluate performance through an angle-of-attack range with plots, readouts of lift/drag/moment, and polar graphs. Compare any two airfoils or use the Aero Calculator function to aid your designs.
