SocktSpy/16 is a trace/debug utility used for monitoring Winsock API references between an application and the Windows Sockets Dynamic Link Library. Compatible with the Winsock version 1.1 standard, SocktSpy/16 can monitor and display all socket calls from an application under test in real-time. Arguments passed to the dll, values returned from the dll, and read/write data passed through each socket is available for capture, display, and browsing. SocktSpy/16 provides filtering capabilities to selectively monitor certain socket operations, and a dedicated trap buffer used to isolate problems by taking a "snapshot&quot\; of the trace buffer at the time of a user-defined logic trigger.
