SureTrak Project Manager helps you plan, schedule and organize small to medium-sized projects from start to finish. Use it to develop a timetable for a project, to predict the effects that schedule changes will have on the future of the project, and to forecast resource requirements.You enter the work or activities must be done as part of the project, and the duration of each of those activities. You also specify relationships between these activities, describing the flow of the project. SureTrak provides you with: a timetable, or schedule, for the entire project\; a critical path, showing which activities, if delayed, will delay the entire project\; and the earliest-possible and latest-possible dates for each activity.SureTrak offers a great deal of capability beyond CPM, including resource management, budgeting, cash flow projection, and more.You can create presentation-quality graphics that show schedule (dates) and resource information (people, materials, money equipment, and/or services), separately or combined, in great detail or summarized for management presentations.
