Timekeeper (by Dan Spears) uses a text-to-speech engine to tell you the time as well as remind you of upcoming events. The program's digital display shows you the current time, as well as any elapsed or remaining time using the timer function. You can select to display a small, personal window, or a large one visible across a room. Timekeeper also lets you have certain phrases spoken at specified times with the ability to choose the voice and include WAV files for sound effects.
