Allows you to create animations to run in your Visual Basic application. To use, simply create or select images you wish to animate, then load them into Splash Animator and it creates the masks\; you then view the animation on screen, add background, hide text, and select movements for animation. Once you like what you see press the generate code button and all the source code is generated and the images are compiled into a resource file and ready to run in your Visual Basic application. Visual Basic Splash Animator is written in Visual Basic code with API calls and no external OCX's or DLL's.
