Visual Staff Scheduler PRO is a powerful and flexible employee scheduling program. You can customize the worksheet area to display between 1 and 42 days of scheduling information. Simply choose the number of days, names, and type of information you wish to appear on the schedule. You can zoom in and out to the desired level of detail. You can design up to five custom worksheet formats. Each schedule can maintain up to 200 employees and you can create as many worksheets as you need. You can schedule up to 99 definable shifts per worksheet, and for each shift, you can define your own abbreviation, start time, end time, break length, and quick key for fast scheduling. Coverage totals appear at the bottom of the worksheet, and they allow you to track the number people scheduled by shift, position, or both.
