Who's Calling (by UK Software) is a speaking Caller ID utility which allows you to keep a log of your incoming calls, as well as dial your last caller's number and record the conversation. You do not need to subscribe to your telephone company's Caller ID service to use this program's dial-the-last-number feature. If you have Caller ID and your caller is registered in your address book, then their name and/or message is spoken when they call. You can also block an unlimited number of phone numbers, and have others e-mailed to you. In addition, Who's Calling includes a speaking clock which can tell you the time at a user-defined interval. The program runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar.
